The
Vallejo Chamber of Commerce is organized for the purpose of advancing
the commercial, industrial, civic and general interests of the City
of Vallejo and its adjacent areas.
Vallejo
Unified Local School District
The Vallejo City Unified School District is a medium-sized
K-12 school district serving 17,000 students. The District is comprised
of 16 K-5 schools, 4 Middle Schools serving grades 6-8, 3 comprehensive
high schools, a continuation school, a community day school, and
a unique school which provides support to families who choose an
independent study/home study option. In addition, the District
has an extensive child development and preschool program and an
adult school which serves 4,000 adults.
Touro
University
Touro University California is a rapidly expanding graduate
education institution focusing on health careers and teacher preparation
programs. Touro University is composed of two campuses - the main
campus located in Vallejo, California and the branch campus in
Henderson, Nevada. This University is one of more than 25 division
campuses within Touro College, a Jewish sponsored not-for-profit
educational system principally located in New York.

Community College
Solano College's programs are focused on student needs and, as a result, quality
teaching and learning is our primary focus. We are committed to maintaining
high quality as a consistent academic standard in order to foster student learning
and success.
Vallejo
Convention and Visitors Bureau
The Vallejo Convention & Visitors Bureau is a non-profit
501 C-6 designated organization dedicated to promoting tourism,
meetings and conferences in the Vallejo area. The main goal of
the VCVB is to promote its city as an overnight travel destination
generating nearly $1.4 million or more annually for the City of
Vallejo's General Fund through the Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT).
